Conference Fees

You can cancel your participation stating reasons in accordance with the following conditions

If a notification e-mail reaches our office (unikt-kongresse@zuv.uni-heidelberg.de):

Before June 30, 2026: 100% refund less 50 € handling fee
Before July 15, 2026: 50% refund less 50 € handling fee
Before August 1st, 2026: 20% refund less 50€ handling fee
After August 1st, 2026: No refund on cancellations

In addition to the services shown on the website, which the participant of a congress receives, there are a number of services that are provided in the background and are necessary to reach a high level of the event. Of course, here come costs of rooms and general organization. To establish a program, an international committee can be put together, well-known speakers are invited, a selection committee for the abstracts may be required, or cooperation with the board of a scientific society. If these are not voluntary services, expenses are to be considered in the calculation of the congress such as travel expenses, reduced conference attendance, speaker’s dinner or other paid services including any incidental costs such as tips.

Abstract Submission

Abstract deadline: 1 August 2026

We welcome abstracts from all areas relevant to the main themes of the meeting, for both oral and poster presentations. Several oral presentations will be chosen by the Scientific Committee from the abstracts submitted.
